Luiza Samora received her BS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona. She joined the Ahmad lab in the beginning of 2020 as a graduate student volunteer and is working on determining the immunological and genetic factors of HIV-1 in HIV-infected patients. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling and watching tv shows.
