From Hemoprotein Oxidation to Host Metabolic Rewiring in Pneumococcal Disease

The Immunobiology Seminar Series presents: "From Hemoprotein Oxidation to Host Metabolic Rewiring in Pneumococcal Disease"

When

April 24, 2026, 11 a.m. – Noon

Presenter Details

Jorge E. Vidal, Ph.D.
Professor, Department of Cell and Molecular Biology
University of Mississippi Medical Center

Dr. Vidal's research programs investigate the molecular pathogenesis of pneumococcal disease, epidemiology, and mechanisms of antibiotic resistance.
