Chansorena received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Arizona in 2019. She joined the lab in June 2020 as a Master’s student in the Applied Biosciences program. She is interested in identifying novel therapeutics to treat infectious diseases. In her spare time, she enjoys art, exploring new food places, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
