Three years ago, the University of Arizona implemented a new budget allocation model called Responsibility Centered Management (RCM). This fall, the UA established a review team to collect university-wide data and feedback about RCM with the goal of identifying potential improvements and modifications moving forward.
On Friday, Nov. 16, faculty and staff at the College of Medicine – Tucson are invited to share their feedback directly with the RCM review team. UA Provost Jeff Goldberg will be in attendance to listen to questions, concerns, experiences and any other feedback.
There will be no formal presentation or updates about RCM. This meeting is part of the RCM review team’s “Listening Tour.” As part of this tour, each UA college is being visited for an open discussion about RCM.
