Application Information

Domestic Applicants:

All applications must include the following:

  • Graduate College Application Apply on line now. There is a $65.00 fee for the Graduate College application. As of November 15, 2009, the application fee for degree seeking graduate students will be $75. 
  • Official transcripts from all of your university work (minimum cumulative grade point average: 3.0);
  • The date you requested ETS send a copy of your Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores to the University of Arizona Institution GRE code: 4832. The general test only with above average scores (50% and above - verbal: 470/50, quantitative: 620/50, analytical writing: 4.5/51). Subject tests are not required.
  • There is no formal deadline for application.  However, it is suggested that the interested students complete their application by December 15 so that visits to the UA and interviews for admission can be coordinated for groups of applicants.
  • Please send the letters of recommendation, Personal Reference Form, and official trascripts to:

  • International applicants from non-English speaking countries must submit TOEFL scores taken within the last two years. A minimum TOEFL score of 85 (iBT) or 600 (paper based) is required by the Department of Immunobiology.
